The warmth and welcoming feelings provided by all of the hotel's spaces, especially the more intimate areas such as the bedrooms, are achieved through the use of high quality, authentic materials. Pure linen curtains, wool rugs made in Nepal following exclusive designs, solid wood floor boards and Egyptian cotton duvet covers, combined with warm lighting schemes achieve a welcoming, serene feeling in the rooms.
The architecture is based on clear concepts and the use of colour to underline intentions. The rooms have a different colour on each floor, bringing depth to the space. Colour is also used on the ground floor, where it achieves strong contrast between both areas of service to the public - one of them darker, with greys and Chinese lacquer reds, whereas the other area is completely white.
